Why We Started Next Level Computers

We started this company after watching small businesses in Suwanee get burned — not by malicious IT vendors, but by a fragmented industry that was never designed with small businesses in mind.

The hardware company would sell you a computer. The MSP would manage your software. The network vendor would handle your router. And when something went wrong, you’d spend three hours on the phone listening to each one explain why it was the other’s fault.
