Month-to-month after a 90-day onboarding period. We don’t trap clients with multi-year contracts — if we’re doing our job, you’ll stay because you want to.
Per-user or per-device — which should I choose?
Per-user billing works best when most employees have one or two devices. Per-device billing makes more sense for environments with shared workstations, kiosks, or a high ratio of devices to staff. We’ll recommend the right model for your setup during the assessment.
How are camera and security system projects priced?
Security camera installations, NVR deployments, and access control systems are quoted project-by-project after a free site assessment. You’ll receive a complete, itemized proposal — hardware, labor, and any ongoing service — before anything is approved.
