Not every job needs us on a ladder. Some of our customers already have a facilities team, a cabling contractor on site, or a corporate standard that says the equipment gets bought here and installed there. We sell to those customers every week and we are glad to.
Mounting, pulling and terminating cable, and anything that touches your building is yours to schedule. We will tell you exactly what the install involves so whoever does it knows what they are walking into. Cable types, run lengths, power requirements, switch ports, rack space. If your installer has questions about something we sold you, they can call us.
Call us before you order. We will walk the site or work from your floor plan and send back a line item list of what the job actually needs. No obligation to buy the labor from us.

Next Level Computers is a licensed low voltage contractor in the State of Georgia, licensed in the unlimited class. We design, install, terminate, and commission these same systems for businesses across metro Atlanta with our own crew.
Most of our customers start with a question about what to buy and end up handing us the whole project, which is fine with us either way. If you buy equipment now and decide later that you want us on site, the spec is already written. We pick it up from there.
Hardware we supply carries the manufacturer warranty plus our support. Work we perform carries our workmanship warranty. If someone else installs equipment you bought from us, the hardware warranty still stands and we will still take your call. The installation itself is between you and whoever did it.
We sell equipment, and we install equipment when you hire us to. Those are two separate agreements and we quote them separately.
When you buy equipment on its own, you or your contractor are responsible for the installation and for meeting local code and permit requirements at your address. We are glad to advise on what to buy and how it should be laid out. Deciding to act on that advice is yours.
If you would rather we carry the installation responsibility, hire us for the install. We are licensed to do it and we will stand behind it.
