Managed IT That Answers
for theWhole Stack.

Monitoring, patching, help desk, security and hardware from one company with one invoice. No subcontractors, so there is never anyone to point at.

Most businesses do not want an IT department. They want the technology to stop being something they think about. That is what a managed service is for.

We monitor and patch every machine, answer the phone when your staff have a problem, keep the security controls current, and own the hardware from purchase through disposal. The same company does all of it, which is the part that makes the difference when something breaks at an awkward time.

Managed IT Services

Help Desk Your Staff Can Reach Directly

Every user can contact us by phone, email or ticket. The person who answers already has context on your environment, because we set it up and we maintain it. No script, no ritual of explaining your setup from scratch every time.

Monitoring and Patching

Workstations, servers, firewalls, switches and access points monitored proactively. Patches tested and rolled out on a schedule rather than whenever somebody clicks the notification, and failures flagged to us before you notice them.

Security Maintained, Not Installed and Forgotten

Endpoint protection, email filtering, multi-factor authentication and access reviews kept current as part of the service. See cybersecurity for what that covers.

Backups That Get Restore-Tested

A backup nobody has restored from is a hope. We verify restores so you find out it works before you need it rather than during. Retention set to what your business actually requires.

Hardware Lifecycle

We sell, deploy, manage and retire the equipment. One standard, one warranty position, no compatibility surprises. See hardware and procurement.

A Named Contact Who Knows You

One person who knows your business, your team and your setup. Not a rotating queue and not an overseas call center reading from a decision tree.

Flat Rate, Published Pricing, Month to Month.

The commercial terms matter as much as the technical ones, so here they are.
Point 1

Pricing
You Can Read Before You Call

Per-user and per-device rates are published on our pricing page. You can work out roughly what you would pay before you speak to anybody. Most providers in this market will not do that, which tells you something.

Point 2

Month
to Month After Onboarding

There is a 90-day onboarding period, and after that the agreement is month to month. We do not use multi-year contracts to hold clients who would otherwise leave. If we are doing the job, you stay because you want to.

Point 3

Co-Managed
If You Already Have Someone

Plenty of businesses have one internal person who is good but stretched. We take the infrastructure and monitoring load and leave them the work they are best at. That arrangement works well and we do a lot of it.

Managed IT Services Questions

What businesses ask us before they commit.
What does onboarding actually involve?
We document what you have, which is usually the first time anybody has. Then we standardise the things worth standardising, fix what is broken or exposed, get monitoring and backups running properly, and set up the support paths for your staff. It takes about 90 days to reach a steady state on a typical small business environment.
Do we have to move everything at once?
No, and you usually should not. We prioritize by risk. Backups, patching and authentication come first because they carry the most exposure. Hardware refreshes and nice-to-have improvements get planned rather than rushed.
We only have twelve people. Is that too small?
No. Businesses between five and two hundred people are the core of what we do. Small offices are where good IT is most visible, because there is nobody on staff to absorb a problem when something breaks.
